Shipping policy
Made to order
Every Character Select piece is printed for you after you order. Production happens before your order is dispatched, so please allow a few days for it on top of the delivery time.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, your order travels by Special Line shipping. Delivery takes about 10 days on average, and 95% of parcels arrive within 15 days. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the destination and are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all EU countries and more than 40 countries beyond, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, Morocco, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. All available countries are listed at checkout.
Order updates
You receive an email as soon as your order is on its way, with tracking where available.
Duties and taxes
As a small business under § 19 UStG (German small business regulation), we do not charge VAT. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and taxes may be charged by the destination country; these are paid by the recipient.
